TWIC, Basic Plus safety cert, DL, and any equipment operator licenses are uploaded and verified digitally before hire is confirmed. All certifications tracked in the system with automated renewal reminders.

Pre-Hire Screening
Drug screen and background check are coordinated through the onboarding workflow. Results feed directly into the employee record in Knomatic — no manual data entry, no lost paperwork.

Scheduling & First Deployment
Cleared employees are added to the dynamic scheduling pool and receive mobile app access. Their first shift assignment, vessel details, and reporting time come directly to their phone via the Knomatic mobile platform.
